Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Dispatch Time
Our goal is to dispatch your items within 3 business days for orders within Germany, starting from the date of purchase. Your order will be shipped to the provided delivery address, which must include a valid address, email, and phone number. Any changes to the delivery address cannot be safely made after the order has been processed.
2. Estimated Shipping Durations
Please note that these durations are estimates based on standard business days and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as statutory holidays, weekends, customs clearance delays, or local courier courier availability:
* Germany: 3–5 Business days
* Europe: 4–7 Business days
* United States & Canada: 10–14 Business days
* Rest of the World: 12–17 Business days
You will receive an automated email notification containing tracking information once your package has been transferred to our shipping carrier. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we highly recommend providing a reachable phone number at checkout so the courier can contact you if needed.
3. International Customs & Import Duties
If you are ordering from outside the European Union (EU), please note that local customs fees, import taxes, or handling duties may apply in your destination country. The recipient is solely responsible for any additional charges associated with customs clearance. Khmer Era has no control over these regional statutory fees.
4. Policy on Outbound & Inbound Return Shipping
For eligible European consumers exercising their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal:
* Khmer Era will refund the original baseline standard shipping fee paid to deliver the product to you.
* The direct costs of returning the package back to our facilities in Berlin must be fully covered and paid for by the customer.
* For all shipments dispatched to destinations outside the EU (such as the US or Canada), all sales are final, and items are completely ineligible for return shipping, refunds, or size exchanges.
