This website is operated by Khmer Era. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Khmer Era. Khmer Era offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SPECIAL CONSUMER INFORMATION & GEOGRAPHIC SHIPPING COMPLIANCE
1. Scope of Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cancellation policy) applies exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). All orders placed by and shipped to customers outside of the EU (including the United States and Canada) are considered final sale and are not eligible for voluntary returns, cancellations, or size exchanges.
2. No Direct Exchanges Policy
As a small business, Khmer Era operates on a sustainable, small-scale production model. Due to these operational limitations, we do not process direct exchanges. If an eligible EU customer requires a different size or color, they must exercise their right of withdrawal for a refund and place a separate new order on the website.
3. Outbound Shipping Fee Reimbursement
In the event of a valid statutory withdrawal by an EU consumer, Khmer Era will reimburse the initial outbound shipping costs standard to the transaction. The direct costs of return shipping (inbound shipping) from the consumer back to Khmer Era must be borne entirely by the customer.
4. Diminished Value Assessment
Returned items must be sent back in a condition reflecting standard inspection (testing the garment for fit as would be permitted in a physical retail store). For items returned with clear damage, irremovable stains, strong personal odors, or clear signs of extended wear beyond a standard fitting, Khmer Era reserves the statutory right to claim compensation for diminished value, up to 100% of the item purchase price.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our statutory Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
